R.W. Curtis Homes is a family-owned and operated business driven by a “customer first” attitude. This core value is reflected in product quality, attention to detail and service before and after the sale. Wayne Curtis and his daughter Stephanie share this business philosophy and work closely together to deliver quality homes and provide outstanding customer service. They believe that when your focus is truly on the customer, you take the time to care about small details that impact functionality for a future homeowner. Wayne and Stephanie approach each spec and custom home as if they were going to be the future homeowner.

Prior to establishing R.W. Curtis Homes, Wayne spent 15 years in the publishing industry where he was Vice President/General Manager of a magazine group within a multi-billion dollar global information company. Wayne’s years of corporate experience provide a solid foundation for managing a successful construction business and the absolute importance of providing quality products and outstanding customer service. He understands the long term value of how satisfied customers impact current and future business.

Stephanie Curtis graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Design. Throughout the construction process, she is leveraging her design skills to ensure that the selected “design theme” is inviting and consistent throughout the home. Design is a critical function and Stephanie believes that each home should have its own personality and uniqueness. Delivering that extra special touch not found in all homes is best achieved through attention to detail. In addition, Stephanie works closely with customers, helping them manage through the sometimes overwhelming design selection process associated with building a custom home.

Wayne resides in Braselton, Georgia with his wife Patti, who is one of Atlanta’s top volume real estate agents. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association.
