Terry Moorhead has been building homes in and around Gwinnett County for 25 years, with hundreds of satisfied customers in communities such as Flowers Crossing, Great Oaks Landing, The Downs, The Providence Club, Copper Ridge and Rosebrooke. Terry learned the homebuilding business from his father, who taught him not only every aspect of the construction process, but also how to deal fairly and honestly with homebuyers. Terry is known for his ability to select appropriate floorplans for market conditions. He employs a team of highly qualified people to assist buyers with all of the details of the home building process, from customer selections to service after the sale. An active member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Terry has served as a Gwinnett County board member for four years.
