Ken Butera has been involved in the homebuilding industry since 1968, moving to the Atlanta area in 1972. Steve Endsley became a partner in 1987. Having had ownership in various companies within the building industry, including poured wall foundations, HVAC and plumbing, Ken and Steve have been afforded an opportunity to gain both the knowledge and appreciation of the various trades, and therefore the quality that is expected in the marketplace. Ken also is the past president of the Homebuilders Association for both the Gwinnett County and Greater Atlanta chapters and remains involved in both organizations. Homes by Ken Butera has specialized in building custom homes in the Gwinnett market since the early 1970’s and has received numerous building, professionalism and excellence awards, including Gwinnett County Builder of the Year in 1992 and 1994, plus the Greater Atlanta Builder of the Year in 1995.
