Following a successful 20-year career as a commercial superintendent, Richard Cook decided to bring his knowledge and experience to the residential market. That was 18 years ago. He has since built homes for dozens of satisfied customers throughout the Atlanta area in neighborhoods such as Glenwood Springs, Chandler Plantation, Magnolia Plantation and Smokerise. An active member of the Walton County Homebuilder’s Association, Richard builds each home as if he were building it for his mother, combining his expertise in the construction industry with an eye for quality design.
