Delta Enterprises was formed in 1992 and has been delighting homebuyers in Gwinnett and Fulton counties ever since. The three principals, Ismail Ramzy, Yasser Moshneb and Basil Ramzy, all have backgrounds in engineering and bring their eye for design and understanding of construction techniques to every home they build. Delta Enterprises has been certified by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association as a Certified Professional Homebuilder and an Earthcraft certified builder.
